I am a Somatic Experiencing® practitioner, relationship coach (Emotionally Focused Therapy), and Ren Xue teacher, dedicated to supporting healing, transformation, and deeper connection. My work weaves together science, body-based wisdom, and consciousness practices, drawing on my background in nursing, midwifery, trauma-informed care, and Chinese medicine. I’m passionate about helping people regulate their nervous systems, understand relationship patterns, and foster secure, coherent connections with themselves and others. Guided by a deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence and our interconnectedness with all of life, I bring warmth, compassion, and curiosity to my practice. My intention is to create safe, supportive spaces where people can open their hearts, shift old patterns, and explore new possibilities for living and relating
