I have been providing counselling since 2003. I have therapy experience with anger, depression and anxiety also trauma and attachment therapy. I can provide play therapy for children 3 years and older along with their caregivers.

I am also a farmer. This life experience is helpful in relating to clients with stresses and demands of a rural lifestyle.

Therapy can be a fascinating experience once we get over the initial anxiety and fear. What has been learnt can be relearnt. Attachment and nervous systems can be repaired. We have the courage to love beyond the fear.

The beautiful thing is that we can repair past generational trauma and reap the benefits of the gifts of their legacies. We can have positive influence our descendants.

Through the therapeutic healing journey, meaning can be found by bringing love to ourselves and love consciousness to humanity. Meaning and purpose can be found in playing our part in the continuously unfolding creation.

I like reading Christian Mystics and Creation Spirituality and can include these aspects when needed.

The following services are available in Stratford and New Plymouth:

Terms of Use for seaoteroa.co.nz Practitioner Directory

seatotearoa.co.nz offers a Practitioner Directory designed to help you find practitioners who include Somatic Experiencing in their therapeutic, coaching, or counselling services. All practitioners listed here have completed at least the first year of Somatic Experiencing training (Beginning year modules).

PLEASE NOTE:
The main purpose of this Practitioner Directory is to help you connect with Somatic Experiencing practitioners. All practitioners listed here have training in Somatic Experiencing. Many also bring other skills and approaches to their work, which they may choose to share in their listing. Each practitioner is responsible for the information they provide about their training, qualifications, certifications, and opinions, whether in their directory listing or on their website. We do not verify insurance, professional memberships, or qualifications in other modalities.

This directory is a paid listing service and does not include every SEP or SE student in Aotearoa, as participation is optional. It is intended as a helpful starting point for finding Somatic Experiencing practitioners.
